What you’ll do | Hei mahi

You’ll be a member of the eCom Trade and Commercial Development value stream within the eComX Customer Growth and Commercial Tribe, supporting the development & integration of best practice in eCom Trading + Commercial. You will play an important role in developing and supporting engagement and ways of working with key stakeholders & teams across eComX, Commercial, Cartology, Marketing and the wider Woolworths Group

Specifically, the role will see you :

  • Collaborate to develop category growth plans.
  • Support education on eCom category growth opportunities through data analysis and insights.
  • Influence eComX EBIT delivery by championing data-driven decisions.
  • Understand and maximize incremental sales and gross profit from digital assets.
  • Partner and collaborate across eComX tribes and with internal partners.
  • Embrace agile practices to co-create team priorities.

Please note that this is a 6 months secondment position.

What you’ll bring | Hei koha

You’ll bring in a proven track record in eCommerce and retail, consistently exceeding trading KPIs.

You will also bring in :

  • Strong ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Skilled in managing and delivering change, driving positive results.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Agile mindset, comfortable collaborating across teams and embracing new ways of working.
