You'll support month-end processes, and contribute to the smooth running of Finance with the following responsibilities : Supporting month-end close and reporting deadlinesCompleting bank reconciliations and coding transactionsManaging GST, FBT, and other tax-related reportingMaintaining and reconciling the General LedgerOverseeing accounts receivable and debt collection processesReconcile asset management and prepare lease accounting recordsProvide support to branch staff on finance processesContributing to process improvements and automation initiativesAssist with reportingWhat we're looking for : A degree in Accounting or FinanceCA or CPA qualification2+ years' NZ experience in a similar accounting roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systemsIntermediate level of ExcelExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsA collaborative team player who can also work independentlyStrong communication skills – both written and verbalA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhy work for us?
