About the Role
As Auckland Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a motivated sales team, managing key accounts, and driving regional sales performance. You’ll play a hands‑on role in coaching, business development, and strategic planning—ensuring Future Energy continues to grow its footprint in the B2C & B2B Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support the Auckland sales team to achieve targets along with assisting with the running of weekly sales meetings.
Manage onboarding, and performance reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, architects, roofers and other Key Accounts with a personal B2B Revenue requirement
Oversee team discounting approvals controlling margin
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and promotional campaigns
Represent Future Energy at trade shows and industry events
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in sales leadership with a “lead from the front” approach
Success in both B2C and B2B sales environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in technical or solution-based sales (solar / HVAC experience a plus)
Proficiency in CRM and sales systems, Administration & I.T. (e.g. SimPRO or similar)
Ability to build, motivate, and mentor a results‑driven team
