O pukonga | About youAs a seasoned leader with a passion for operational excellence, here's what you bring to the team : 2-5 years of experience leading or contributing to the leadership of a team in banking or financial services - you know how to get the best out of your people and drive results.A deep understanding of payments and ISO20022 would be advantageous.Proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams - you're a natural people person who loves empowering others to succeed.Experience in building a team culture that is empowered, accountable, customer-centric, and continuously challenges the status quo - you're always looking for ways to improve and innovate.Experience in delivering results through operations excellence, leveraging tools such as lean, DMAIC, agile, human-centred design - you're a master of streamlining processes and getting things done efficiently.Experience in leading or contributing to strong customer and business outcomes, effectively leveraging operations management frameworks and methodologies, operations excellence skills, digital technologies - you know how to drive change and deliver results that matter.An understanding of financial services products, fraud, AML, and sanctions risk management policy and legislation - you're across the important stuff and know how to keep our business safe.Me pehea te tona | How to apply?
