Software Development Team Lead

Do you love leading a team to help them design & develop software for products that help people? Solid React, C#.Net? SQL? Azure?

Work on designing & developing some new features & functionality on web products? Be able to guide your people in best agile practices.

What you’ll bring :

• BSc in Computer Science or BEng Software Engineering or other degree or qualified by experience
• At least 6 years C#.Net / SQL with Azure experience
• At least 2 years within a modern JS / TS framework like React, Vue or Angular
• At least 2 years+ of team leadership experience, helping devs be their best and improve their craft
• Help innovate by bringing AI to the stack? Influence & help shape the software road map?
• Enjoy a pragmatic approach to agile practices getting the right outcomes
• Accustomed to working in microservices architecture & CI / CD pipelines
• Good collaborator who enjoys facilitating conversations / ideas to get to great outcomes & solutions
