About the Role
Are you ready to be part of a small, passionate team that works well together and knows how to balance fun and delivering great results?
In this role you will support our Project Management team(s) by providing accounts and administrative support.
As part of a close-knit team, you will also lend support to the wider team as required.
Responsibilities
Reception and front-of-house customer service
Working collaboratively with the Project Management team(s)
Maintaining accurate records and systems
Other general office administration
What You'll Bring To The Role
Proven experience in an administrative role with a financial / contracts focus
Civil construction industry experience would be a bonus!
Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
Versatility – be effective and efficient
JDE experience would be a bonus
Self-motivated and pro-active
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a permanent Part-Time role – working 32 1 / 2 hours per week.
We require someone to be available until 4pm to monitor our reception desk.
