Chinz Logistics Ltd is a fast‑growing New Zealand‑based logistics company specializing in China–New Zealand trade lanes. With our own warehouses, customs team, and delivery fleet, we offer a full range of international freight services—including ocean LCL & FCL, air freight, customs clearance, and local distribution.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Business Development who can bridge both the New Zealand and Chinese markets. This role suits someone who truly understands how logistics works on the ground in New Zealand and is ready to build strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow B2B clients for China → New Zealand trade
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, suppliers, and local agents
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth customs clearance and last‑mile delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and promote our services to potential partners
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up leads through CRM tools
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in New Zealand logistics operations or freight forwarding (required)Solid understanding of end‑to‑end NZ operations (import, customs clearance, MPI, local delivery etc.)Fluent in both English and Mandarin — able to communicate confidently with clients and partners in both marketsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsSelf‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independentlyExperience with CRM systems and sales reporting is a plusWhat We Offer
