The Positions
These are casual positions, working on an as and when required basis.
We are looking for people who are empathetic, passionate support workers.
You will be part of a team who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to those who live and work in the home.
You will need to have some availability to work across all shift types both weekdays and weekends.
Skills and Experience
A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind with a 'can do' attitude
Either lived or work experience within Disability, Mental Health or other Health Sector
Must have a Full NZ Driver Licence as part of your role will be driving a MASH van
The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people
Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
Carrying out personal cares
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential
