Our approach integrates structured literacy, creative problem-solving, and hands-on, project-based learning within a small, inclusive, and highly supportive environment.
We are seeking a passionate, innovative teacher to join our team full-time.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a small group of students (typically 12 per class) in a school that values connection, creativity, and collaboration.
About the role :
Teach and support students with specific learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyscalculia, and twice-exceptional (2e) profiles.
Work within a multi-disciplinary, highly experienced team that values restorative practice, positive psychology, and neuro-affirming education.
Deliver an integrated curriculum that connects academic learning to real-world experiences.
Contribute to ongoing curriculum design and innovation in a school that is growing and evolving.

Strengths in maths is an advantage.
Experience with structured literacy, specialist education, or Orton-Gillingham, Science of Reading-aligned approaches are also an advantage, but full training is provided.
