  • Great employee benefits

Together, we make a lasting difference.

When you join Presbyterian Support Central (PSC), you’re becoming part of something truly special, a not-for-profit organisation that’s been helping people for more than 115 years.

Everything we do is about supporting people at the most vulnerable times of their lives, whether that’s an older person needing care and connection, or a family working through tough times.

Residents and visitors to Enliven’s Woburn Home love it’s relaxed and engaging atmosphere that leaves you feeling warm and assured. Woburn Home is Enliven Central’s largest Home, but it doesn’t feel that way – it’s very neighbourly, that’s partly due to the friendly staff and residents.

Mō te tūranga - About the role

The Clinical Coordinator at Woburn Home will support the Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide a safe environment for residents and staff. Their focus is on effective day to day co-ordination and supervision of resident care, and provision of professional leadership and support to the RNS, ENs and Healthcare Assistants.

You will be an instrumental person in fostering the right environment for everyone to enjoy a safe and healthy home to live or work, where residents are at the centre of our decision making and staff work together to achieve positive outcomes for people.

In addition, you will :

  • Be an experienced RN, ready to take the next step in their career.
