Kids World Education Group (KWEG) is a fast-growing ECE organisation known for quality, leadership, and innovation. We’re excited to welcome Little Pohutukawa Preschool in Albany into our network — a beautiful, modern, purpose-built centre licensed for children aged 0–6 years , with bright open spaces, engaging outdoor areas, and a strong community of whānau and kaiako.

We’re seeking an experienced, confident, and inspiring centre manager to lead this vibrant centre into its next phase of growth and excellence.

We’re looking for a centre manager who :

• Has strong leadership and mentoring skills – inspires, guides, and uplifts their team
• Holds a Bachelor of Education (ECE) or Diploma of Teaching (ECE) Level 7 , with current teacher registration
• Has proven compliance knowledge and confidence working with MoE and ERO
• Demonstrates excellent documentation and assessment skills
• Brings strong communication, organisation, and relational leadership
• Values and understands te ao Māori , tikanga , and bicultural practice
• Thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
