About the Role

We are growing our highly skilled rehabilitation team and are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist to join us as a Lead Provider under the ACC Sensitive Claims contract.

This role involves delivering :

Comprehensive need-based assessments

Individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes

Multidisciplinary collaboration with other professionals

Trauma-informed care for survivors of sexual abuse / assault

Services to other rehabilitation providers within the community

This is a permanent role, located in Auckland.

Depending on your availability, this position can be either part-time or full-time.

About You

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will bring both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for supporting others.

You thrive on challenges in complex environments, enjoy creating positive change, and are committed to delivering the highest standards of care.

You will have :

NZ Registration and a current Annual Practising Certificate

Minimum 2 years\' post-graduate experience in mental health, trauma, serious injury, or neurological conditions affecting the brain (ACC requires 12–24 months for Sensitive Claims, depending on role)

Demonstrated experience working with survivors of sexual abuse / assault and providing evidence-based trauma interventions

Proficiency in at least two therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, EMDR, ACT, Narrative Therapy)

A passion for developing and improving healthcare systems and processes

Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and report writing

Time management and organisational skills

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

Current Full Driver\'s licence
