OverviewManagement Development Institute of Singapore – QueenstownResponsibilitiesConduct workshops and classroom presentations on career development topics.Assist in building and maintaining relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals.Coordinate employer visits, job postings, internship listings, and recruitment events.Plan and execute career fairs, networking events, and career readiness workshops.Promote events through email campaigns, social media, and campus-wide communications.Assist with post-event evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.Maintain accurate records of student appointments, employer interactions, and placement data.Prepare reports, marketing materials, and departmental updates as needed.Assist in supervising and training student workers, interns, or peer career advisors.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)Preferably 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience (experience in higher education or events management will be an advantage)Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage tasks effectivelyStandard working hours are 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, Monday to Friday.
