Positions : These are casual positions, working on an as and when required basis.

We are looking for people who are empathetic, passionate support workers. You will be part of a small team who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to those who live and work in the home.

A Passion for People : Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people

Empathy & Understanding : An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.

Team Player : Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.

Practical Skills : The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.

Driver Licence : A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
