We are currently looking for a CASUAL Retail Associate to join our QUEEN STREET team. Optical experience would be ideal, but we are a people business and open to someone new to our industry – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

At OPSM, we are passionate about opening eyes to the unseen. As a leading eye care and eyewear retailer, we have been looking after the eyes of Australians and New Zealanders for over 80 years.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the process of styling and personalising eyewear and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
• Represent premium eyewear brands and support customer decisions with product knowledge.
• Participate in training and development to ensure confidence in product offerings and customer service.
