For more information, please visit : Senior Manager Project SecretariatResponsibilitiesFinancial : Provide financial forecast and oversight on project budget and resourcesEnsure compliance with financial and procurement policies & proceduresCoordinate purchasing via procurement system and performing goods receiptCoordinate with Finance and funders on project fundings and claimsMonitoring progressive billing and progressive claim statusEnsure compliance with funding terms and conditionsAccounting for funded assets and recording of capital expenditureSecretariat : Maintain dashboard and coordinate reports on project progressCoordinate risk management tracking and embed into progress reportProvide secretariat support to all Project GROW meetings including but not limited to : Project GROW Steering Committee, Project GROW Working Committee, School Operation Committee relating to Project GROWFollow up on matters arising with persons responsibleAdministrations and Reporting : Coordinate the preparation of reports and submission to funders and government authoritiesProvide periodic progress report to managementCoordination for signing of agreements and coordinating compliance with terms and conditionsEnsuring proper knowledge management and filingFacilitate auditOther duties : Additional duties as necessaryQualificationsDegree in civil engineering, accountancy and / or business.Other InformationMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Experience in project management, coordinating site refurbishment, fund accounting, social service sector and / or good IT knowledge are advantageous.Good writing and communication skills.
