The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and driven allied health leader to lead our team in our Manukau clinic. You’ll work alongside our wider multidisciplinary team as a clinician, contribute to building our acute physio service whilst ensuring exceptional delivery of the range of services we provide. Services include acute physiotherapy, pain management, concussion, social rehab assessments, training for independence and vocational rehabilitation. You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships and work with private funders, sports teams, schools and corporates.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will be the most senior member and leading the Manukau team. You’ll be supported by our Regional Manager, National Managers and senior clinicians throughout the company. We have excellent leadership pathways for ambitious clinicians keen to grow their careers, generous CPD, leadership coaching and training.

We are looking for someone who is / has :

• Proven leadership experience to motivate the team using data and insights
• Experience in coaching team members to achieve results
• Someone who shows initiative, is energetic, outgoing, performance driven and can think creatively to support their team and the wider region
• NZ registered health Professional with APC and full driver’s licence
• Passionate about being a clinician and modelling clinical excellence
