You’ll collaborate with engineers and research teams to integrate AI-powered video features, optimize performance, and enhance cross-platform experiences. Accountabilities

  • Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance video systems and rendering pipelines.
  • Design and implement next-generation video composition engines, balancing performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with AI / ML teams to integrate intelligent video features and generative tools.
  • Drive performance optimization and reduce operational costs of video exports and rendering.
  • Mentor engineers and define architectural standards across video technology initiatives.
  • Support cross-platform development, ensuring seamless experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
  • Extensive experience building high-performance video or graphics rendering engines.
  • Deep expertise in video editing, composition, or similar creative software development.
  • Proven experience designing scalable system architecture supporting millions of users.
  • Strong technical leadership in video or digital content creation tooling.
  • Experience with cross-platform development and consolidation of rendering engines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
