Fiordland Discovery operates luxury overnight & day cruises in Milford Sound and multi-night expeditions through the remote and spectacular Fiordland National Park and Stewart Island. We’re a proud family-owned New Zealand company delivering world-class guest experiences that combine adventure, comfort, and connection with nature. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Reservations Sales Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Primarily handling reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Assist with the operations and daily running of the transport connections
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate product information to guests and travel partners.
• Maintain and update booking and CRM systems.
• Support marketing campaigns — including social media scheduling, email newsletters, website content, and partnerships
• Work collaboratively across operations, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth guest experiences from start to finish.
