The OpportunityThe Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team works with businesses and finance teams to address the risks of accounting, financial reporting and regulatory issues.

FAAS teams serve as trusted advisors, both practical and innovative, to help our clients navigate through accounting and financial reporting challenges driven by the changing economic and regulatory environment.

Our focus areas are in Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation and Finance Target Operating Models.

FAAS also provide services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) and provide regulatory and reporting support in international capital markets.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager / Senior Manager within our FAAS team, you will help to drive our Finance agenda forward and you will play an important role in shaping the following selected areas : Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating model and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processesProvide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterpartsAnalyze, understand, optimize and / or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology usedSupport the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function such as Tagetik, OneStream and AnaplanWork closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development and to bring the range of Finance and other competency offerings to the clientsLead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendationsTo qualify for the role, you must have : Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experienceEquipped with knowledge on Enterprise Performance ManagementStrong organizational, project management and analytical skillsPrior experience of managing projects and strong industry experience in the finance fieldEY | Building a better working worldEY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.Enabled by data and technology, diverse EY teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform and operate.Working across assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax and transactions, EY teams ask better questions to find new answers for the complex issues facing our world today.
