We're looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive team member to join our beautiful, well-resourced Montessori centre just a stone's throw away from the beach!

About the role : This is a varied and hands-on support role that includes : Assisting with lunch and break cover for our three teaching teamsSupporting with general housekeeping duties to help keep our environment clean, safe, and welcomingProviding extra relief cover in the classrooms as needed across the weekCaring for children aged from 6 months to 5 years, supporting their routines and wellbeing across the daySupporting our centre manager with some admin tasksMinimum 25 hours per weekWhat we are looking for : You don't need to be qualified – just bring your positive attitude, love for children, and a team-focused mindset.We'd love to hear from you if you're : Respectful of children's individuality and eager to learn about the Montessori approachWarm, calm, and nurturing personProactive and ready to jump in where needed, naturally flexibleAble to work well in a busy environment without becoming overwhelmedDetail-oriented, organised and tidyReliable and committed to supporting the teamWhat we offer : A supportive and welcoming team environmentA beautifully resourced centre, close to nature and the beachA strong community feel where you'll feel valued and connectedThe opportunity to gain experience in ECE with potential for growthIf you're looking to begin or continue your ECE journey in a nurturing, community-focused centre, we'd love to meet you!
