Wells Group is seeking a proactive and dedicated Compressed Air Service Technician to join our Auckland team!

The Compressed Air Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of compressed air systems across Auckland. This role provides technical expertise, supports project delivery, and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Working closely with internal teams and customers, the technician maintains equipment, troubleshoots issues, and contributes to Wells Group objectives in safety, quality, operational excellence, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, maintain, and service compressed air systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Support project delivery and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
Champion Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSE&Q) standards across all work.
What We’re Looking For :
Trade qualification or relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or technical service roles.
Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, preferably compressed air or similar systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we offer :
Hourly pay rate of $40–$45 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills.
