As a Diagnostic / Master technician, you will play a crucial role in our team and be at the forefront of vehicle diagnostics, services, and repairs. On a day-to-day basis, you will :

  • Handle escalated diagnostic cases
  • Execute repair tasks and maintenance to meet and exceed dealership and brand standards
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, services, and repairs
  • Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for our customers.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Stay ahead of the curve with mandatory factory training

About You

Our ideal candidate is a passionate and qualified Automotive Technician with a track record of excellence in a similar role. We're seeking someone who brings :

  • Minimum 5 years luxury vehicle experience
  • VAG experience is highly advantageous ( Audi ,VW ,Porsche , Lamborghini , Skoda , Cupra)
  • Master technician Qualification is highly advantageous
  • The expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with our team and customers
  • A full, clean, and current driver license
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
