We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Health Technology Operations to join our Clinical Engineering team.
In this key leadership role, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable medical equipment and systems that directly support frontline healthcare services.

About the Role
As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of Health Technology Management (HTM) services across the equipment lifecycle—from procurement and installation to maintenance and decommissioning.
You will not only manage and lead others but also remain on the tools, applying your clinical engineering knowledge in a hands-on capacity.
You'll work across departments to ensure that medical devices and systems are safe, functional, compliant, and readily available—supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
This is a permanent, full-time role working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) , Monday to Friday.
You will be based in either Palmerston North or Whanganui.
You will report into the Clinical Engineering Manager based in Hawke's Bay.
