We're looking for the right Office Manager / Senior Administrator to help us get there.The RoleAs our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while also leading improvements across administration, finance, and systems.

You'll manage office administration, payroll, HR onboarding, and accounts tasks, while driving process improvement and technology upgrades to future-proof the business.What You'll Be DoingFinancial administration : payroll (IMS Payroll), payments, invoices, and end-of-year accounts supportHR & onboarding : employment paperwork, induction, staff supportSystems & process improvement : identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, upgrade office technology and softwareWhat We're Looking ForExperienced Office Manager / Administrator with 3+ years in a senior admin roleAccredo & IMS Payroll experience is a big plusTech savvy & systems-minded : confident with MS Office and eager to modernise processesOrganised & detail-oriented : able to juggle finance, HR, and admin without missing a beatStrong communicator : comfortable working with staff, suppliers, and customersProblem-solver & team player : calm under pressure and happy to roll up your sleevesWhy Join Us?
