No two days are the same.As part of the Enterprise Capability team, the Senior Learning Designer, System Implementation will be responsible for leading the design and development of learning solutions for BNZ's transformation programmes, from learning needs analysis to sign off.
You will work as part of a team of Learning Designers who work cross-functionally with change project managers, products managers, and subject matter experts.
This role will focus on building learning solutions and the end user view of learning for new banking systems, as well as updating resources and building Banker Learning Pathways.This is an Auckland based hybrid role with at least three days in the office and up to two days where you can work flexibly.
We are implementing a new system that will require you to work with our Enterprise Capability team to scope, design and implement learning solutions to help build capability for our bankers to better serve our customers.You will need to be creative, think outside the box and develop solutions that are sustainable.
As a senior learning designer, you will take a learner centric approach to drive and manage the development of a range of learning deliverables.You will use sound learning methodologies and engage with stakeholders and subject experts across the business.

The role will be responsible for the complete development lifecycle of learning development, from learning needs analysis to sign off for large transformation programmes.Our Enterprise Capability team has a good reputation in the business.

You will also understand how adults learn and know what great learning design looks like, working with subject experts to gather and design quality learning solutions.
