Te whiwhinga mahi – Our opportunity
In this role, you will help shape performance outcomes across our place-based regions. You will provide in-depth analysis and insights that enable effective decision‑making, support prioritisation of practice change, and maintain a robust performance indicator framework. This involves developing tools and processes to ensure consistent reporting, assisting in collecting and evaluating data, and creating visually compelling insights that inform strategic decisions. Your recommendations will help enhance systems and processes, ensuring quality and consistency in performance data across the organisation. As part of the CEP team, you’ll work closely with regional leaders and operational teams to deliver timely, evidence‑based advice. You’ll design tools for consistent reporting, craft engaging data visualisations, and recommend system improvements to ensure accurate, high‑quality data across the organisation.
