Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identifying opportunities to use technology to improve work processes
  • Piloting and implementing new technology solutions
  • Ensuring system changes are understood, well-communicated, and effectively adopted
  • Improving user experience with tools and systems to make technology user-friendly and impactful
  • Collaborating with operational teams including lawyers, forensic accountants, investigators, and policy experts

About You

The company is looking for :

  • Technology graduates with a focus on computer or information sciences
  • Early-career professionals or recent graduates passionate about emerging technologies including Office 365 and AI applications
  • Proficiency with common programming languages is helpful but not essential
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess and prioritise tasks
  • Growth mindset with agility, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Self-learner comfortable teaching themselves new tools and technologies
  • People-centric, collaborative, proactive, and able to bring energy and ideas to projects
  • Confident working with technology and managing time effectively
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Team player with curiosity, creativity, and a fresh perspective
