In this Thames based role, you’ll be joining a recognisedhigh-performing Building Consent Authority. This is your chance to shape a collaborative, customer-focused, and technically excellent environment.

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading,mentoring, and developing a skilled team of processing officers.
• Ensuringbuilding consent applications are assessed and processed accurately andefficiently.
• Providingclear, customer-friendly advice to the public, colleagues, andstakeholders.
• Driving yourteam to meet and exceed operational targets while maintaining exceptionalservice standards.
