Caregiver - Part-Time

Job DescriptionAs a Caregiver at our Kenepuru Village you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents.

This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident's daily lives.This role is a part-time position, working on a 2 on 4 off rotational roster of AM, PM, and Night shifts.ResponsibilitiesDelivering meals and helping with mealtimesAiding with hygiene, such as showeringAssisting with individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercisesHelping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis, etc.QualificationsYou will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people's lives.You'll Bring With YouExperience in aged care or a similar roleStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationshipsCommitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shiftsAbility to work a roster pattern of 2 days on and 4 days offBenefitsWeekend rates of an additional 40% on your hourly rateTime and a half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a daySouthern Cross Health Essentials InsuranceNext StepsApplications for this role will close on 28 / 09 / 2025.
