Quality Systems Advisor

This pivotal role supports our mission to deliver a safe, sustainable, and high-quality rail experience for the Greater Wellington region.

As a Quality Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TDW's QSE management systems, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, regulatory standards, and internal performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QSE Systems & Document Control : Manage the document control system and ensure the integrity of QSE documentation across the organization, including oversight of change management processes and internal audit programs.

Drive Data-Driven Performance & Reporting : Monitor QSE data to meet internal and external reporting requirements, support incident management, and contribute to risk assessments and the organizational risk register.

Collaborate for Continuous Improvement : Work closely with QSE team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, support CCTV operational requests, and promote a strong safety and environmental culture.

What You will Bring

A qualification or certification in Quality Management and / or Health and Safety (desirable)

Experience with document management systems (e.g., Promapp)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset

Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and PowerBi

Ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable improvements

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
