As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and a safe, organised working environment.

You'll work closely with our Head of Logistics and wider team to support growth, strengthen processes and deliver outstanding service to our clients and customers

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage the warehouse team, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment
• Ensure effective onboarding and training for all new warehouse staff and ongoing coaching for the team
• Manage the stock ordering process to prevent stockouts and improve stock turnover performance.
• Monitor warehouse procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and reduce errors, helping to develop these as required
• Supervise the upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe, organised, and well-maintained workspace.
• Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Encourage a positive, collaborative workplace while driving a results-focused and accountable team mindset.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
