SAP EWM Systems Administrator

We’re now looking for an SAP EWM Systems Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining and optimising our SAP Extended Warehouse Management system.

About the Role

As an SAP EWM Systems Administrator , you’ll be responsible for managing master and transactional data within SAP EWM, ensuring accuracy and integrity across warehouse operations. You’ll monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support configuration and enhancements to keep our logistics processes running efficiently.

This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership, work independently, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement while acting as a key liaison between warehouse operations, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP EWM system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain and validate master and transactional data (products, storage bins, goods receipts, stock movements).
• Support configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
• Generate reports and KPI dashboards to track performance and data integrity.
• Act as a backup for production planning and wave creation during staff absences.
• Provide training and maintain SOPs for EWM processes and data governance.
