Conifer Grove School is seeking a learning supportcCoordinator (LSC) to support inclusive practice across our kura. The LSC will work with teachers, students, and whaanau to strengthen support for learners with additional needs and to ensure they can access and succeed in the curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with kaiako and whaanau to identify learning needs
• Coordinating support for students with additional needs
• Strengthening inclusive practice across the school
• Supporting the development, monitoring, and evaluation of learning plans
• Liaising with external agencies and support networks
