The Opportunity

Remote and portable (work from anywhere)

Flexible hours (you choose when and where you work)

Independent contractor role (not employment)

Performance-based remuneration (details shared during the selection process)

Weekly Zoom training, scripts, and ongoing support provided

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years professional experience (employed or self-employed)

Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Excellent phone and communication skills, including confidence using Zoom

A genuine passion for continuous learning, growth, and personal development

Tasks & Responsibilities

Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom

Develop marketing strategies across various platforms

Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social channels (with guidance)

Conduct structured interviews with applicants / candidates over the phone (training + scripts provided)

Arrange online Q&A / information sessions through follow-up appointments

Mentor and support new clients, providing guidance and training

Utilise a variety of marketing methods to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand

NZ requirement : You must be able to operate as an independent contractor in New Zealand (responsible for your own tax obligations and compliance requirements).
