Work Group Manager – Buildings & Geotechnical

An exciting opportunity to develop & grow our Buildings & Geotechnical teams in Napier. As a key member of our Napier business you’ll play an integral role in leading, empowering and guiding well established teams who focus on delivering services across a wide range of infrastructure assets.

Taking a collaborative approach, you’ll ensure the group delivers effectively on both Regional and National client needs, whilst developing an ongoing and sustained client base. Your ability to build strong client relationships will strengthen WSP’s existing project pipeline, whilst your business development skills will play a pivotal role in further expanding our client base.

Your technical expertise will also play an important role in ensuring work is delivered in line with the appropriate standards and procedures. You’ll take the lead on key proposals and provide project management leadership across the team.

About you :

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Preferably minimum of 15 years’ professional experience a relevant discipline
• Proven ability to lead teams and delegate projects effectively
• Current Clean Drivers Licence
