To learn more about our people and organisational structure, check out The TeamThe Technology Group is responsible for the effective delivery, management and services of all technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment - engineering design, software design and development, technology architecture and infrastructure, asset management, installation and maintenance, technical training, workload planning, maintenance program development, project management, and logistics support.The South Island Maintenance team consists of Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CNS) and Electrical Technicians.About The RoleAs a result of internal mobility, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for a South Island Maintenance Administrator to join at our Christchurch campus in Burnside.Reporting to the South Island Maintenance Manager, this varied role acts as the administrative point of contact providing support to the manager and the South Island Maintenance team.
This role also provides reception cover on a rostered basis and contributes to Airways wider Business Support Group.Key Tasks And Responsibilities IncludeArranging, coordinating, and booking travel and meetingsSupporting new staff induction and on-boarding processesUndertaking a range of administration activities which include finance processing, purchase orders and receipting, overseeing lease agreements, fleet management, minute taking and reception coverDocument management, record keeping and reportingProviding technology support for the team in key office tools.For a full list of responsibilities and additional insights, refer to the attached position description.About YouDue to the nature of the role and our operations, you'll be comfortable working in a complex, regulated environment.
You will also hold exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.Additionally, You Will HaveProven experience in administration, project coordination or similarExcellent IT and computer skills.
