We are looking for a LSC for a 2026 Start date 28.1.26. An experienced educator with RTLB, special learning needs and extensive in class experience are key requirements.

The position will involve in class group based learning for students requiring extra learning and literacy support. It will include instructional coaching with teachers to improve pedagogical capabilities. The role will include elements of T.A professional development. You will support educators through design and structure. This role will include collaboration with the SENCO, the ESOL teacher and A.P (junior literacy). You will be part of the High priority and learning support team.
