Guest Service Agent
Location : BreakFree on Cashel, Christchurch – a fixed term opportunity during the busy season, ending mid-April
Overview
Join Accor as a Guest Service Agent to support front-office operations.
You will handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, invitations, inbound calls and emails, and ensure total customer satisfaction while adhering to hotel health and security procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
Process payments and handle invoicing
Answer and route incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the guest's stay
Adhere to hotel health and safety, security, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Experience in a similar hospitality role
Passion for customer service
Experience with Opera Cloud system preferred
Flexibility to work early, late, weekends and public holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift guest luggage
Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality
Hospitality qualification or relevant experience preferred
