We’re building something new in Drury—and we need a hard-working, reliable Sales & Service Coordinator - Yardperson to help us make it happen.
If you’re someone who enjoys being outdoors, getting stuck into physical work, and being part of a tight-knit team, this is your chance to help launch a brand-new branch from the ground up.
With that in mind we want to share what we can offer you when you work with us.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be working in the yard, helping load and unload products, process customer orders, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the yard organised, safe, and efficient.
Expect plenty of variety—from operating forklifts and assisting with deliveries to helping customers and pitching in wherever needed. You’ll be lifting up to 25kgs regularly, so being physically fit is a must.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, between 7 : 00am and 5 : 00pm (40 hours / week), but we’re open to a bit of flexibility if needed.
Training will kick off at our Mt Wellington branch before the Drury site officially opens, so you’ll be fully prepped to hit the ground running!
Skills and Experience
Full Driver’s Licence required. Must hold F endorsement & Forklift licence as you will be required to operate a forklift in the yard.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of something new. While a background in either yard work or sales will be advantageous to this role, it will also be important you are able to demonstrate :
Research shows that females and minority groups don’t apply for roles unless they match 100% the job description.
We are proud of your diversity and see it as one of the things that make us stronger. We welcome your individuality and encourage you to bring your true self to work, so if this role is of interest but you feel you don’t fit it, we would still love you to apply.
