We're seeking student-focused Coordinators to deliver welcoming, front‑line support across our Student Hub, Wellbeing Centre, and Main Reception.
About the Role
As a Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring students, staff, parents, and visitors experience welcoming, timely, and high‑quality support across the Student Hub, Wellbeing Centre, and Main Reception.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role that blends administration, system support, and front‑line service. You will assist with attendance, wellbeing referrals, student enquiries, event support, and Student Management System (KAMAR) updates while helping maintain a positive, caring, and organised environment for our school community.
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach will contribute directly to an exceptional student experience.
