Are you an experienced clinical leader passionate about delivering safe, holistic, and resident-focused care? We’re seeking a Clinical Manager who can provide clinical oversight, inspire best practice, and foster a culture of competence, respect, and empathy in our Athenree facility.

About the Role :

As Clinical Manager, you will partner with the Facility Manager to lead a dedicated clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe, and person-centred care. You’ll be responsible for clinical supervision, care planning, staff mentoring, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and aged care standards. This is a hands‑on, strategic role that contributes directly to the quality of life of our residents.

Reporting to : Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Clinical Leadership : Supervise RNs and HCAs; ensure clinical best practice, InterRAI assessments, and robust care planning.
• Resident Care : Oversee admission assessments, coordinate multidisciplinary input, and ensure culturally appropriate, person-centred care.
• Compliance & Quality : Support audits and contractual obligations, maintain clinical documentation standards, and lead infection control.
• People Development : Mentor and support nursing staff, participate in performance reviews, and help onboard new team members.
• Strategic Partnership : Work closely with the Facility Manager to meet occupancy and care delivery targets while championing quality improvement initiatives.
