The Senior Commercial Manager, Asia for Crocs is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth across the top four distributor partners in Southeast Asia, with a focus on executing product and brand strategies and leading cross-channel commercial activities.
It involves close collaboration with Asia Commercial Managers to ensure regional consistency and alignment.
The position reports to the Director, Distributors Asia.
What You'll Do :
Develop and Execute Regional Sales Strategy : Create and implement regional sales strategies in line with Crocs' global objectives to achieve and exceed annual sales targets across SEA distributor-led markets.
Distributor Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key country distributors, serving as the main liaison between them and the Crocs Asia regional office.
Performance Management : Monitor distributor performance regularly, provide actionable feedback, and ensure alignment with sales goals, retail execution standards, and merchandising guidelines.
Market Development & Expansion : Identify and assess new market opportunities within SEA, lead go-to-market strategies, and support distributors in expanding Crocs' presence, including physical and digital channels.
Operational Oversight : Collaborate with distributors on demand forecasting, inventory management, store formats, and operational efficiencies to ensure optimal business performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and VM teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all markets and channels.
Retail & Brand Consistency : Conduct regular market visits to assess brand visibility, retail execution, and customer experience; ensure all distributor activities are aligned with Crocs' brand vision and guidelines.
Leadership & Reporting : Lead the distributor support team and deliver timely, insightful sales reports and competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring :
University degree in Business, preferably with a focus on Marketing or Sales; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years in sales or commercial roles, ideally within apparel, fashion, or footwear industries.
Strong understanding of the SEA retail and digital environment, and distributor end-to-end management.
Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships and executing growth strategies across diverse markets.
Proficient in forecasting, retail KPIs, sales analysis, and using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented, results-driven approach; with a passion for consumer brands and willingness to travel up to 60%.
