Lead Product Manager - Gen AI

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy and execution, focused on making AI an indispensable partner for our users to get their work done better, faster, and with less friction.

This role is about leading a revolution in the creative workflow, diving deep into the tech, obsessing over users’ needs, and rallying teams to build AI products that creatives love. Success means delivering a massive, measurable impact on our community and our business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the AI product playbook, translating ambitious strategic opportunities into clear, actionable roadmaps that deliver real results.
• Champion our creatives by embedding deep customer understanding into every product decision.
• Define a crystal-clear product direction for our AI tools, linking the team’s daily work to our biggest goals.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality work at pace.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions and explore emerging technologies to unlock value.
• Embrace a build, measure, learn mindset—ship fast, validate early, and use data to guide next moves.
• Drive momentum and alignment across multiple teams, leading through influence and execution.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless and top-tier product delivery.
