Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure the reliability and continuity of software applications, providing critical support to maintain system stability and performance.

Expertise & Experience

Proven experience in the operation and support of complex IT applications and systems.

Experience with

Linux

and Windows systems.

Experience with

VMware

and

OpenShift

Experience with

Firewalls

Previous experience working within an

ITIL framework

, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Your Personal Strengths

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary.

You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
