Job Description

We’re looking for 2 Machine Operators to join our sub-assembly lines, one in Coil Shop and another in Sheetmetal. Both positions are for the afternoon shift (3 : 15pm - 11 : 15pm) .

Your Role : You'll report to the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman and your busy, hands-on tasks will include :

Coil Shop

• Determine the size of coils and adjust tooling.
• Select appropriate dies for pressing and expansion tasks.
• Adjust tooling for bending tasks.
• Load programs into the Logic Processor.
• Select jobs from the job sheet.
• Identify and cross-check drawings with fin spacing and fin length.
• Measure the length and fin space of coils.
• Make adjustments to meet specifications.
• Change tooling to suit specific requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including circuits, headers, and hairpin end plates.
