This is an exciting opportunity to lead ECCA’s Warmer Kiwi Homes programme – one of New Zealand’s most impactful home energy initiatives. This is a pivotal role overseeing the end-to-end delivery of their national contract and driving positive outcomes for New Zealand homes and families. You’ll champion a well-known government initiative that delivers insultation to NZ homes.

About the role

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll provide leadership, structure, and oversight to a dedicated EECA team and nationwide network of sub-contractor installers.
• Lead the planning, execution, and performance of the EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes contract.
• Drive achievement of volume and quality targets while maximising contract funding.
• Manage and support a multi-functional team including programme coordination, administration, quality assurance, and training.
• Oversee lead generation, allocation, and conversion strategies to meet sales and installation goals.
• Build strong relationships with EECA, sub-contractors, and third-party funders.
• Champion customer service, health & safety, and continuous improvement across all operations.
