Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the next-generation transformation of MTG’s global eCommerce and travel distribution platforms. This role will oversee end-to-end delivery of high-performance, distributed systems that power our B2B booking engine and FIT online booking channels.

You will drive the architecture and implementation of  microservice-based, metadata-driven, and event-driven platforms , ensuring robust partner connectivity through XML Host-to-Host and REST / GraphQL APIs , and enabling future capability for AI recommendation, dynamic pricing, and data analytics .

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Architecture & System Delivery

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of MTG’s B2B and FIT online booking platforms using modern Java and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Spring Boot, WebFlux, GraphQL, Kafka).
• Define and govern distributed microservice ecosystems with a focus on scalability, high concurrency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Ensure architectural consistency across core domains including product inventory, pricing, booking, settlement, customer service workflows, and partner distribution.
