The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new prospective clients and projects that align with our capabilities and expertise in scaffolding solutions
• Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry
• Sales & Negotiation : Prepare compelling proposals, present solutions to clients, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close deals
• Market Analysis : Assess new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and identify emerging business opportunities in the region
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company growth objectives
