• An NZIV registered valuer with commercial experience
• Great opportunity undertaking a range of commercial valuations and advisory services for a range of clients including banks, private investors, corporates, developers, and major institutions
• Value a range of commercial assets including office, retail and industrial

• NZIV Registered with Commercial Valuations experience (specific Hamilton Knowledge not required)
• Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities
• Customer service orientated with great communication skills
